Buffini & Company Announces Exclusive Partnership with RE/MAX®, Expands 100 Days to Greatness® Real Estate Training to Central and South America, Caribbean
Global offering of real estate training program aims to help international agents build their business and achieve long-term success.
CARLSBAD, Calif. (September 29, 2023) — Buffini & Company announced today an exclusive pilot partnership with RE/MAX, LLC, offering an expanded version of the 100 Days to Greatness® training program to RE/MAX affiliates in 19 countries throughout Spanish-speaking countries. Participation in this program will help agents in those regions learn the skills they need to become successful real estate professionals and build strong businesses. Agents who have previously taken this course have averaged seven transactions and earned $75,500 in income after completion.
The 14-week intensive program was developed by Brian Buffini, the company’s founder and chairman. The program has recently expanded to primarily help new and incoming agents build long-term success as well as provide existing agents with resources to revitalize their businesses. According to Buffini & Company, more than 66,000 real estate agents across various brands and brokerages have enrolled in 100 Days to Greatness.

The course includes 21 modules of video training filled with strategies, tactics and action steps to help agents build a strong business. RE/MAX affiliates in the Central and South American countries, as well as the Caribbean, will also have access to Buffini & Company’s Online Resource Center packed with dialogues, real-world role plays, support videos and other helpful resources.
The RE/MAX regions that will be participating in this initiative include, RE/MAX Argentina, RE/MAX Bolivia, RE/MAX Caribbean and Central America, RE/MAX Chile, RE/MAX Colombia, RE/MAX Dominican Republic, RE/MAX Ecuador, RE/MAX Mexico, RE/MAX Paraguay, RE/MAX Peru, RE/MAX Spain, RE/MAX Uruguay as well as RE/MAX Venezuela.
