Buffini & Company Appoints King as Chief Customer Officer

Terri King, the company’s former chief marketing officer, will lead teams and strategies in new role to further enhance customer experience for the more than 20,000 Buffini & Company clients.

CARLSBAD, Calif. (March. 22, 2023) Buffini & Company, the industry’s largest real estate training and coaching company, has named Terri King as its first-ever chief customer officer (CCO).  

King, who was appointed as Buffini & Company’s first chief marketing officer in 2016, is overseeing strategic alliances, international expansion of the company’s training programs, leading customer-focused initiatives, developing strategies to enhance the customer experience at every touchpoint, and is responsible for the teams who manage these client relationships, including Client Care, Success Consultants and Community.

“Terri has been such a great leader for our company, as she and her team continuously strive to support our mission to ‘impact and improve’ the lives of our clients,” Buffini & Company CEO Dermot Buffini said. “We know in this new position she will continue to excel in ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience every step of the way.”  

King started with Buffini & Company in 2007 as the director of marketing and was promoted to vice president of sales and marketing in 2014. After being named CMO in 2016, she launched some of the company’s most influential products and real estate agent training courses, such as 100 Days to Greatness® and The Pathway to Mastery™,  Brian Buffini’s podcast, “It’s a Good Life” (formerly “The Brian Buffini Show”) and “The Emigrant Edge,” Buffini’s New York Times best-selling book.  She also launched strategic alliances with the National Association of REALTORS®, Wells Fargo and numerous large real estate brands.
