Buffini & Company Honored as One of San Diego’s Best and Brightest in Wellness® Companies
Buffini & Company was selected as a “Best and Brightest in Wellness” winner for the third consecutive year for its commitment to creating a healthy workplace.
CARLSBAD, Calif. (April 26, 2023) — Buffini & Company, the largest real estate coaching and training program in North America, has been named as one of San Diego’s Best and Brightest in Wellness™ winners. This designation, awarded by the national organization The Best and Brightest, is given to companies and other groups that commit to creating a healthy place to live and work. This is the third consecutive year Buffini & Company has received this honor.
Over the past year, Buffini & Company has offered virtual and in-person programs for its employees including Lunch ‘n’ Learn workshops, lunchtime yoga sessions, chair massages and annual biometric screenings. Employees who sign up for wellness activities may win raffles and give away prizes such as farm fresh produce boxes, wellness gift boxes, onsite massages, massage gift cards, Amazon gift cards, grocery store or sporting goods store gift cards.
Buffini & Company also offers employees free membership with the financial well-being platform Smart Dollar, which is a program designed by Dave Ramsey to help employees get out of debt. Through the company’s insurance carriers, employees may access online health risk assessments, electronic medical records, apps and additional benefits such as free subscriptions to mental well-being tools such as the Calm App or Peloton Memberships.
Employees can earn a $600 wellness incentive towards their health premiums if they participate in three requirements: a wellness engagement activity; biometric screening or physical; and online health assessment.
